Off-renting and returning equipment

Am I responsible for rented equipment after I've off-rented it before it gets picked up?

The machine is your responsibility until it is picked up.

Can I leave the machine on-site but have time gaps in my rental?

DOZR requires you to pay for the entire duration that that your equipment is on-site, whether or not it's being used. Longer rental periods typically provide better value.

How does the off-rental timing impact the amount that I will be charged?

Once you off-rent your machine, the time of your rental stops.

What do I do when I'm finished with my equipment?

Use Order Tracker or contact customer service to end your rental the day before you want it picked up.

Where do I leave the key when it is getting picked up?

Customer Success will confirm with you where to leave the key for the off-rental pickup
