Billing stops at the time of off-rent but there can be a delay in pickup. The machine is your responsibility until it is picked up. Keep the unit secure until pick up. If there are any special instructions for the pick up process or for accessing the machine, let the Customer Success team know when you call to confirm your off-rent.
