The day before your rental is over, call our Customer Success team at 1-844-956-3040 to set up the details of your pickup for off-rent. You can also call if you want to off-rent early or if you wish to extend your rental. You will also receive an email to remind you that your end date for the rental is coming up. If you have any questions about the off-rental process you can reach out to us at any time.
