How to extend your rental

Order Tracker

If you need to extend your rental duration, you can access the Order Tracker through your confirmation email and update your rental dates. You will receive a confirmation once the extension is successfully processed.

Over the phone or email

You can also contact our Customer Success Team, reach out to your DOZR sales contact, or email us at rentals@dozr.com. Email responses may take between 24 and 72 hours.

How much notice do I need to give for extensions?

The best way to ensure a successful rental extension is to request the extension as soon as you can. Even if we cannot extend your exact machine (if it’s already been booked, for example) we will work with you to find a replacement.
