Immediate Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it’s confirmed by the rental provider for a full refund. Orders are typically confirmed within an hour or two.

General cancellations

When you cancel an order that has already been confirmed by a rental provider, a cancellation fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged, with a minimum fee of $175. Additionally, any other supplier fees incurred by the rental company due to lost revenue may also apply.

Refunds

After processing the cancellation with the rental company, any additional supplier fees will be added to your invoice before refunds are processed. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days.
