If you need to cancel your order, avoid cancellation fees by letting us know as soon as possible.

Immediate Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it’s confirmed by the rental provider for a full refund. Orders are typically confirmed within an hour or two.
General cancellations
When you cancel an order that has already been confirmed by a rental provider, a minimum cancellation fee of $175 will be charged, along with any additional supplier fees incurred by the rental company due to lost revenue.
Refunds
After processing the cancellation with the rental company, any additional supplier fees will be added to your invoice before refunds are processed. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days.
